Called me just now as "Officer Kenneth Matthews" about bank account in a message. Called back to tell them wrong number and heavy irish accent asked for my social security number. It's a landline for Odenton Maryland, I used to live in Maryland and I also think they use court search to find victims---there is another person with my maiden name that has a new active case with a bank in maryland. not sure how they got my cell number. so using public records.

Can report to FTC and also Maryland States Attorney General since they are impersonating Officers and also IRS. I also left them a message telling them I'd reported them to both lol.
