A 2 voice Robocall that puts you on hold for a live csr. Call came in twice/ rapid succession to both my work location, and my private cell phone. Number can't be return dialed. Do not answer.

Called with "Quality Insurance" and offered to lower my car insurance rate... not interested, plus they called my WORK line which really **** me off. Told them to take me off their list and the woman laughed and said "Um, no" I said "No take me OFF your list!" and she said "We'll just keep calling you. Bye!" Wtf!
