All questions are related to advantages/disadvantages of operating a business in the state. They give options from 1 to 5, etc for answering the questions.

Hangup call/ University survey (Survey) reported by


University of Baltimore. Called me in the evening, I answered, got silence on the other end and after about 30 seconds got a "hangup" click noise followed by a robo message about me being transferred to voice mail but the number doesn't use that service, etc. Helloooo why are you transferring me to VM when THEY called ME? I called the number back to find out who it was and got an answering machine message, "This is the University of Baltimore Schaefer Center Survey Group." I hung up.
