I contacted them through facebook where I chatted with someone about their service/device and they called me back through this 415 number. It is legit but I preferred not to give my card number over the phone and made an online purchase from their website instead. The lady was very professional and nice whom I spoke to over the phone. She understood when I told her that I did not want to make a purchase and give my card number over the phone

This is just Ooma trying to reach you for one reason or another. You may have signed into their site, maybe a current or past customer or referred by another Ooma customer but every time I received a call from this number that has been legit
