I got a call from this number once where there was a real person on the line and once where there was a recording. The real person said that my social security number had been involved in a fraud case that included money laundering, drugs, bloodstains in an abandoned car in LA and that the LA police had an open case on it. They said they were from Social Security and that I needed to change my number. The second call, a week later, had a pre-recorded message, also said it was from the Social Security Administration and that my SS number had been compromised and so had been changed. I contacted my local Social Security office after the first call and they confirmed it was a scam call.

Guy speaking very quickly and with a Spanish accent told me that my SS# was about to be suspended. He asked me for my last name. I told him to slow down, tell me his name. I also asked for his address. I then asked why my SS# would ever be suspended. He said someone with my name and SS number was using a rental car in Los Angeles... I told him this was a scam and hung up. I received 4 more calls from same number, googled it, eventually found this app.

I received an IRS Impersonation Scam call from a man with Indian accent. He told me my entire social security number and threatened me. He provided a fake incident report number as well as fake contact information and a fake badge number. I reported it to my local police agency and they verified it is a fraudulent call.
