Yesterday I ordered a JUUL e-cigarette (Company) reported by


After I finished my order, it stated that I would be receiving a call from them. Basically, it’s a voicemail stating that this product contains nicotine.... and so on. I don’t know why anyone who didn’t order the product would receive a call from them. It’s not supposed to be a sales pitch line.

it's JUUL confirming that you ordered a JUUL e-cigarette product containing tobacco. The recording gives instructs to contact JUUL via website if any concerns. It's a bit annoying but I think required by law and might help if you have underage folks in your household trying to get products you might not approve of. Danny's answer from 10/01/2018 was spot on IMO

This number is for the e-cigarette company . They are required under California law to place an automated call notifying you that an order of nicotine-containing products has been placed with your information. I guess this is a response to the full on panic attach parents are having over kids smoking e-cigs. Juul is getting raked over the coals for being the one e-cig company that actually made a quality product, and now it’s being spun as “marketing to kids” because they don’t rot your teeth out or kill you from cancer. Anyway, before I get off on too much more of a tangent: parents, if this does show up on your phone, just talk to your kids. At least they’re not smoking cigarettes (which EVERYONE in my private middle school did). But yes, nicotine addicted kids is inarguably bad, so take it as a warning and intercept the package/have a Real Talk with you your kids. And also tell them how the large tobacco companies are using character assassination tactics (even though they have all overtly marketed to children in the past) to make it harder and more expensive for Californians to use a safer alternative to cigarettes. Hope this helps - looks like I went on a tangent anyway.

Have missed calls from them on my mobile, was trying to dig some info on the internet before calling them back, but found nothing, no luck. People pls did someone answer this number, who is it?
