They were calling from a different number. I blocked that number and now they call from this number. they call a couple times a day and never leave a voicemail. Most legit business will leave a voicemail and since they have not I believe it is scammers.

claimed to be from Citibank but gave callback number to marketing product. Person who left voicemail sounded unpolished and left short 4-digit "reference number." callback voice system also dis not sound legitimate. the original and follow up calls appeared in call ID as Citi but so not believe it fir reasons given.
