This number calls often shortly before or after a car with highly tinted windows and a heavily tattoed 30ish male identifing himself as a Bond Bailsman parks in front of my house. They have the engine running and sit there for 5-6 hours at a time.

Pro-tip: If an unknown number calls you and you are trying to avoid collectors but still need to answer in case it's someone else, just don't ever verify that you are the person they are looking for. When they ask for you, ask who is calling first, if they will not tell you, it's most likely a collector, as they cannot give out that information unless they are sure they are talking to the account holder. Hang up. If you do not acknowledge the account/debt, and continue to avoid it for 6 years, the statute of limitations runs out and they can no longer come after you for it anymore.
