Scam call reported by SIA User
THIS NUMBER HAS ATTEMPTED TO BLOW MY PHONE UP DAILY. MULTIPLE TIMES EVERY DAY ..ALL DAY STARTING AT AROUND 6:00 AM(*** 6 O"CLOCK IN THE F.ING MORNING! ) AND EACH TIME THAT THEY HAVE CALLED I IGNORE THE ATTEMPT, BECAUSE ANY PREVIOUS ATTEMPTS ON THEIR PART, ILL RETURN THE MISSED CALL AND WHEN I CALL, SOME ONE WILL PICK UP THE PHONE BUT ITLL BE A SILENT TONE WITH NO ONE SPEAKING.. SO OF COURSE ILL GET PISSED OFF AND ANNOYED TO THE POINT OF CUSSING OUT WHO EVER IS P@#$Y ENOUGH TO PLAY PHONE TAG GAMES.... NEEDLESS TO SAY I WAS ACTUALLY SITTING UP IN BED WIDE AWAKE AT 6:00 AM VS. THE USUAL TIMING WHERE ID BE SLEEPING AND GET WOKE UP TO THEM CALLING ME..BUT THIS TIME AROUND 6:15 AM THIS MORNING... I DECIED TO SEE WHO THE HELL WAS CALLING ME THIS EARLY... SO THIS TIME WHEN I ANSWERED IT WAS AN AUTOMATED VOICE RECORDING.. STATING SOMETHING ALONG THE LINES OF... "we are calling to inform you that your vehicle warranty is coming close to the point of expiring so we wanted to call you and attempt to reinstate it before it is too late.. please press 1 if you would like to speak to some one who can better assist you with this before we close your file ".... i immediately hung up. first of all no business in their right mind would actually be foolish enough to literally make the executive decision to actually state any little bit of personal information regarding any one of their client or customers private information regarding anything to do with any sort of personal business matter. they really should not be calling me before 8/9 am...im pretty sure that what they are committing would be what is considered violations and operating completely against the fdcpa laws per Washington state . .. do I smell a lawsuit coming... maybe class action lawsuit... IF ANY ONE FEELS LIKE READING MY COMMENT / COMLAINT/ CONCERNS .... AND THEY TOO FEEL AS THOUGH WHO EVER THIS COMPANY IS REPRESENTED BY.. AND ALSO WHAT EXACTLY THEIR SOLE PURPOSE IS AS FAR AS WHAT THEY ARE TRUELY ATTEMPTIN
