2009 ID theft debts continue to be bought on dark web and bought up for pennies by scammers like RPM who run my number through their US system of computers that robocall with great frequency. They don't care if you are responsible for debt, they simply call relentlessly offering discounted balance for payoff. This is a debt collection scam. Block RPM and others - don't waste your time.

they call me literally every day. i have no idea who they are or why they call me. i looked them up online & rpm is a debt collection agency [the lowest forms of scum on earth]. they refuse to give any details as to why they are calling. report them for harassment immediately.

I received a call from this number 3-5 times everyday for the past month. I decided to answer one day and I thought no one was on the line... after saying hello 3 times, someone came on, asked me by name, I asked who they were, they said they had a business matter and asked me to hold. I hung up. Still continued to receive these annoying calls and finally just blocked it. I have no idea who it is or what they want. Scam for sure.

I answered on the first ring, said hello about 3 times before someone came on the line. Asked my name, I asked his, we played this game for a good minute before he gave a big huff of air then hung up. I called back and some lady answered said she needed to transfer me to an agent. 4 minutes on hold, some one answered said "hello", then said "oh" then hung up quickly.
