9:19 a.m rec'd call from this number. Asked guy how he got this number. He replied, "Because you f'ing (he used whole word) gave it to me." Spoke in low measured tone. When I told him I was on the "Do Not Call list he disconnected. Total spam call. Live nowhere near WA state. # is a number I do NOT give out.
