Called my work last few days 2 times a day. Today called and asked for owner, told the guy "they aren't in, I can take a message and I am only person in all day today". He then called back 10 minutes later asking if we are open tommrow and started implying I was bussiness owner, told him no I am not then hung up on him. Another 10 minutes past and a female calls asking to talk to owner.

Happened at mine today! first 3 times they called around 45 minutes apart and asked me for an owner after i told them she isn’t up for the week. They then proceeded to call back and say “are you guys open tomorrow” and i said “yes we are” she starting talking and i literally couldn’t understand what she was saying and then hung up on me. Last time i answered they said “is the address *buisness name* still “*says address”.. i didn’t answer again

They wanted to speak to the owner, me, about credit cards (he was hard to understand) I said I wasn't interested and to not call me. He called back I said leave me alone or I'll report you. Then I blocked the number. They called and were blocked 3 more times.

They asked to speak to the manager and I said they do not take calls but that I could take a message. They said when would the manager be in and I said they never take calls, sorry and he told me "F*ck off then." I called back and he acted like he didn't have a clue and I tried to get a manager and he hung up on me. I called back again and he acted like he didn't understand English. On my third call it just kept ringing so I guess they have caller ID. Just report and block, don't even answer.

The second time in two weeks I have been called by this number and was asked to speak to the owner. I told him again, that we are not in need of a new credit card merchant service and that they please take us off their list. He would let me speak but ignored what I had said and just kept trying to make an appointment with me on Monday. After having asked him a couple of times to remove us from their call list I hung up.

They refused to remove my number and insisted that there was no supervisor to talk with. I could hear others in the back ground, which Dan kept saying was the radio. I was told the only way to remove my number was to have one of their people visit me. That is a big NO.

Called the restaurant I work at asking to talk to the “owner”. I refused to let him speak to the owner unless he could provide with a reason or the owners name. He knew neither. I hung up. He called back once, I ignored it. He called back again, so I answered as spam calls usually arent this persistant. He calls me a “mother******” and ask why I hung up on him. I told him if it’s that important I could take his name and number and have the owner call back. He doesnt give me any information and hangs up on me.

I answered the first call. He offered to send someone out on Monday to lower our credit card rates, blah blah blah, typical telemarketing b.s. I told him I wasn't interested, he kept talking. Told him NO, and to take me off their call list and not to call back. He kept trying to pressure me. I told him to stop calling me and hung up. He has called back three more times so far. This is harassment, plain and simple.
