yup. pre-recorded message insisting i was going to be arrested if i didn't call back within 24 hours, but phone was disconnected when i tried to call back within 20 minutes.

That's my boy hakmalandah from DC. He's like 12 with a southern Mississippi Russian slash Congo accent. I'll let him know to stop playing. He funk around and scammed me also. Damn fool.

All jokes aside I just got a call from them also. I called the number back a hundred and seventy two times and got hung up on each time. I wish I wish I can also call them back every time they hang up on me 4 a full 72 hours. I'm pretty sure there's an app for that

Got a voice message saying they had 4 serious allegations against me and I needed to return the call. I returned the call and they hung up when I asked questions. I called again, they hung up but I stayed on the line. 22 minutes later the call was still connected and I heard foreign speaking people carrying on a conversation. about 1 minute later - someone said "hello - why you not disconnect this call?" I said I stayed on the call to find out who they were calling me. He told me to call back Monday morning. It was the IRS. Very scary because we know it wasn't the IRS. Scam calls are out of control in this country and probably everywhere but it's very scary. I worry about my elderly parents and all elderly people who probably get bombarded with these types of calls all the time.
