The thing is I dont live in ohio and thus have no utility bills there. It was a stab i getting my personal info. The sales pitch is aimed towards crunchy green people. Saying it will make sure you only pay for green energy which is cheaper. Im no **** so i know theres bo way to separate green from fossil when measuring kWh. Its a heart based attack to make you feel good like your gonna sace the world while they take your money and run. I kept him on the line as long as possible to hear the pitch...also they really dont like beibg called pee-ons

One of the many dummies that will pretend to be a utility worker (Scam call) reported by Mari
Ohio Edison sent out and email and a letter over a month ago warning customers that people have been posing as a utility worker and will try to get credit let debit information from you. They call from a private number but leave a voicemail and it shows you, they also give you the number in the voicemail. When you call the number it will have a song that plays and even say things about calls being important. You can hear a lot of noise in the background and the hang up on you when you call them out. Don't believe this bloke

Attempting to get my info as a electric company. (Scam call) reported by Austin
They have called several times. Always leave a voicemail saying my account is eligible for a discount. They then ask me to have my account number when I call back, I would not need to provide this if they were calling me about my account.
