I placed an order on Postmates and my driver had this number. I tried to text and call but nobody picked up. The "driver" was at the restaurant for nearly 2 hours, they probably would have been there for eternity if Postmates' support didn't end the order. Not sure what the goal was besides wasting people's time.

After claiming that they were postmates and I needed to update my security information I was scammed out of 90$ of my hard earned money. They added a card Ive never seen to my profile and emptied my account after my 8hr shift. Do not answer this call and if you do dont give them any information. THIS IS NOT POSTMATES. THEY ARE SCAMMERS

Scammer calls a Postmates delivery person and says they are Postmates and try to get your acct info. The scammer order is fraud like an example from Taco Bell- 2 sauce packs.

He told me that postmates was issuing all delivery drivers with a new card and he needed my account information to get it to me. Then proceeded to text on a different number that had an “automated message” but it is false.

SCAM POSTMATES CALL (Scam call) reported by


this is NOT postmates! They call claiming to be postmates support and "needing to verify your account". They then ask you to supply them with your account login and password, and if you don't, they want to ask you the answers to your security questions. I was COMPLETELY sketched out by the call and hung up. I emailed true postmates support and they directed me in resetting everything for my account, even though I hadn't given any information. They then said that postmates would NEVER ask for your personal login or account information. I received this call while on a delivery, and they happened to know my actual location so it seemed legit BUT IT IS NOT

Hmm, even the Caller ID doesn't say some info, does someone know who is this? Have got a missed call from this one, don't wanna call back since I do not know the number... And as it seems also someone else was looking for the same number - people did someone answer it? Who is behind this number?
