I have been getting these calls for over a year, Monday night at 11:45 at night was not unusual. They leave messages when you block their number, or change the number they call from. Previously I tried to get them to stop as they keep calling my family as well, and we had to leave lines open while family was on hospice at home. They would be BEGGED to stop calling and we tried to tell them they were harming the health of family on hospice that were startled by their late night calls. We explain that there is no business and begged them to stop. They continue to harass non stop. Be cause I answered one of their numbers once, they know that it is a live number and call at all hours. Always it is the same message, from "Rachel" or there is a male that leaves a similar message that I have to call them back about the "paperwork I got" about the 250,000 loan. I even told them I would report them to the Attorney General. No relief. I don't believe they can be touched, because they blatantly ignore laws regarding telephonic harassment and don't care about persecution.
