If you're going to run a scam like this, at least be proficient in English well enough to explain what you want. The person who called had no clue what they were doing or how to explain themselves. Kept saying they were calling for "employment verification" but couldn't tell me who they were or why I should give them such information. I asked quite directly several times and the bozo just repeated himself again, that he was calling for "employment verification." Well whoop de doo for you pal, why do I care? Why should I give you any information at all, who is it trying to verify employment? Couldn't answer those simple questions. I finally told them to call back when they figured out what they actually wanted.

Call me back if you can help with this. 470-377-6302 ext 549" Call Back number different from caller ID number. No company stated. Name of agent not congruent with perceived accent. Did NOT return call.

Called my work asking for manager for employment verification. I asked the employees name and the woman told me my name then said oh I assume this is you, asked to verify last 4 of social I asked why do they need employment verification I am not trying to take out a loan. The lady ignored my question and asked if my job was viable???? I asked who wants to know this info she gave me a phone number to call,I googled the number it is a debt collection agency. I told the caller to never call my job again.
