Claimed that I owed $318 for lab work done in April 2018. Used my previous last name and referred to an address I didn't live at in 2018. When I challenged her about not owing it and insisted they email me a copy of the bill, the girl hung up on me. I called them back and challenged the guy that answered. He got an attitude, told me that I would be receiving an invoice with a collections judgement and a $35 fee for the credit reporting agencies. I insisted that I wanted a copy of the supposed bill emailed to me. He said, "Quit wasting my time!" and hung up on me.

Jennifer P, it sounds just like my experience. I asked for a supervisor right away and his attitude was worse than the reps.They tried to scare me into paying the entire bill WITHOUT an invoice.

LAB DEBT COLLECTOR SCAM (Scam call) reported by


I did talk to an actual person, she stated that I owed $399 for lab work done in April of 2018. She said I could get a special deal, $99 off of what I "owed", if I paid right then over the phone. I never received a bill from Elite Diagnostics Lab and nor did I ever get lab work done through that company. She was trying to be very convincing, even made up dates for when I should have received the bill in the mail and gave me my old home address. I asked which doctor's office this bill came from and she could only give me the MD license, pretty sure she just gave me a bunch of random numbers. I went to try to look it up and no results were found. It's a scam.

Claimed to be a collector a company called "Consumer Collections" for Elite Diagnostics Lab. The guy tried to tell me that I owed for lab work done April 18,2018 for 312.08. When I challenged him and told him I had no debt and never had bloodwork done and have insurance, he said "oh, well, I will look into this further and I'm sure it will get straightened out. You are all set. Goodbye". No one hangs up like that. He was nervous about me challenging him. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS. It's the exact amount as the other people on here for the same lab.

"USA debt collections" could not provide me their address or # (Debt collector) reported by


Claimed they were referred from a diagnostics lab for blood work I had done in 2018. They wanted my bank account # and routing # and demanded I pay right then and there or else it would affect my credit. Became very pushy and rude and they eventually hung up after I refused to comply. Any debt collection agency can provide their address and contact information and they couldn't. Don't fall for it!

Called twice last month and today. both times rude pushy guys calling. Claimed to be a collector for Elite Diagnstics Lab. I owed for lab work done April of 2018, 418.34 the first time and 312.08 this time. I probed for more info, brought up the incoherency of the alleged tests (would not ever have been done for a person my age and history) Was hung up on each time.

rude jerk claimed I owed for unpaid lab work performed in 2018. would not disclose doctor or exact date of lab work, referred to Elite Diagnostics as lab. Said he would not disclose further info because of Hipaa law. Said I new I owed the bill and if not resolved today there would be a 35% fee added and I would be sued and my credit ruined. Hung up and he has not called back

Female called from call center setting with auto-dialing claiming I owed money for lab work done in April 2018. Named a company- aleete dianotices. Advised I have never heard of them never had lab work done. I requested to have proof sent to my home and she hung up on me. Thhis is a total scam
