"Heather" with National Debt Relief called me six times in a row. Finally answered thinking it could be an emergency since it was a local number. I would answer and it took her several seconds to answer. She connected me to a "financial advisor" with a horrible connection and an accent I could not understand. I hung up. She called back. Hung up again. An unknown number called me right after.

This is a scam if, do not answer their question. They will ask you "can you hear me" just hang up. They will tell you it's a recorded line so they are trying to get your voice so it can be used for fraud
