I didn't answer but I did call the # back because it's been calling since August an it's now December. It said press 1 to make a payment or 2 to speak with an agent so I hung up.

This number kept calling me at one point. I researched it and it is said to be a scam. I blocked it, but the caller persists and my phone auto rejects the number as of now with each call.
