They had called asking for the owner, I put him on "mute" to see what I would hear when I put them on "hold." There was constant laughing in the background. I hung up.

Person was extremely rude. When I told him we were not interested in financing services, he asked how I could possibly know. When I informed him because I am intimately involved in the business, he replied"Intimately, what is that, some kind of fetish?" I strive to be polite to cold callers because I know it is a tough job. Jerks like this make that difficult.
