Called asking about my car miles and I know my warranty is out due to over miles in car. They wanted to sell me extra warranty for my car and keep calling at least 5 times a week to get me to sign up. I demanded these calls to stop and opt me out but they continue to call.

This phone number called both of me and my husbands phone, said they were apart of warranty program for our vehicles. We asked if they could send something in writing, they then transferred to a different representative a man who said that our policy was not covered and rapidly got off the line. Seems like a phishing scam. I called back and spoke to 3 representatives and they all hung up on me after I said "this number called my phone, they wanted my information, and I told them I just want to figure out what they were about. Third representative was a genleman and I said hey you guys keep, hanging up why? And he goes "were you being rude?" I let him know it seems like a scam and he said well if thats how you feel then we wont call you back. Not explaining who they were or defending whether they were fraud or not. I asked why he bypassed that statement and he hung up on me.
