Was called by number. Missed call and called back and an automated stating this is patient medical account company. Got in touch with representative and she asked why calling. Stated returning your phone call. Asked lady what it was about and stayed it was an account matter and would not specify what account or give her name or company name. After asking what account and refusing to give their name or what it was about refused to give personal information and then they hung up.

Received a call about a visit to Wesley medical mall in wichita Kansas. I was seen. The dr literally pushed me out before finishing my appointment. So I was forced to return for a tetanus shot. After being given “unknown pain medication” I believed was antibiotics for a 10 day old injury. The end result was they claimed I had two appointments but only charged me for one. And the room had blood on the floor yes this was during the pandemic. And I recorded the person who gave the shot and that too is funny. Apparently they teach people in school today that tetanus shots aren’t even a “thing” anymore. Ridiculous shady place Wesley medical Wichita Kansas. No real employees. Just a bunch of temps and bills come from 5 different places and calls from all sorts of out of state places and no follow up. Do not visit Kansas and get hurt. If you do, go home if possible before visiting a dr.

The number they called from is hidden in Truecaller. On checking the envelope information and searching, I found that this is a standard voicemail mail to call back at 18002239899. Somehow they had the hospital detail correct. On calling the hospital, there were no dues or any message for me or my wife. Scammers.

Kentucky call (not the state I live in), asking if I was [first name] [hospital name]. Said it was about some personal business. Asked me to call back using number 18002239899 and told me their office hours, as I was too busy to chat at the time. The woman sounded really nice but this smells suspiciously of scam.

Claimed that I had an outstanding bill at a hospital that I visited. New the hospital name and the date that I visited it. My wife looked at my account online from this hospital and found no outstanding charges. Not sure how they knew which hospital that I visited and the month that I visited but this is concerning.

Called and said they were from XXXX Hospital Business Center, but called from a number several states away. Keep in mind they said the specific hospital, not the corporation that owns the hospital. Didn't state why they were calling, just said to call back and left hours to call.
