If a caller uses a disconnected number for their caller ID they are NOT a legitimate business. They're just a scammer looking to rob you! What reputable business would use a caller ID that doesn't allow you talk to them? Only scammers do this.

Called repeatedly within a very short time. You call the number back and it just says: If you would like to be placed on the do not call list... that repeats and finally disconnects. Never giving the option to speak with anyone.

I did not pick the call up.. didn't get to my phone in time. But when I called back it was the recording for a disconnected number. How is it they can use that number to call FROM but yet it's a disconnected number?
