Humana in home assessment service they contract out. They will keep calling until you tell Humana customer service that you don't want it and they keep harassing you about it.

Woman said since I was a member of humana that I got an in home health visit by a nurse and that it was free. when I said I didn't need a home health visit she said since it is free why wouldn't you want one? I have since been getting more calls from the same number after I told her no.
