They called for someone who does not live here or have this number. Hung up fast when I informed them of this. I tried calling back. Says the number has been disconnected so it is a spoofed number on caller ID. Alleged business name is Sodexo

This number is asking to collect debt / complaints. Even if you have an unpaid debt, these people are demanding 4-5 times that amount!!! And on old debts that don't show up on credit reports due to length of time. DO NOT PAY THEM!!! Check your credit report and contact the agency of original debt. This number was called by a Cindy saying "I" need to contact an issuing agent by 5pm or papers will be filed to process garnishment and/or court proceedings. Other numbers related to this number are 844.801.5607, 818.334.2276. Names being used are Karen Renyalds, Cindy and Patricia. I demanded proof of their three attempts of service, original amount of debt, date, and original account number. I did give them one of my emails... but at least I have a paper trail if ever needed. Fraudulent Process Server (Unsolicited call) reported by


This is a fraudulent call. It is an organized crime syndicate. They call claiming to have "certified legal documents" they need to deliver regarding a court case. They are soliciting "payment information" in order to serve these documents. Failure to pay the fee they threaten will result in police delivering the documents along with an arrest. Court summons and legal notice do not require a payment / fee to be paid by the recipient, and they are never "scheduled." The group operates fly-by-night "collections" call centers around the country hiring people who honestly believe they're working for a "real" collection agency. The FTC and law enforcement keeps shutting them down, but they just keep reopening new shops in cities across the country.
