Called me this morning asking for my ex husband, lady claimed they were a compliance officer trying to reach my ex because legal proceedings for 3 allegations were being filed out of a different county but couldn'tfindhim and I was listed as a relative. Gave me a case number and told me he needed to call 1-844-727-4659, ask for legal department and give case number to them for more information. He called and they couldn't even tell him if they were criminal or civil charges. Scare tactics for sure, had me freaked out.

This person called others with same last name, said to have me call them that there was a case against me in my county, called the county court house nothing against me, tried to call this number back and it rang for 6 minutes before cutting off, I texted the number numerous times stating I need a paper trail for my protection please text your name, company you are working for and what this is about and no response.

This is definitely a scam. The woman called claiming legal action against my son and said that deputies would be coming out to locate him. When he called the number they gave for their legal department 855-256-5738 they wanted his bank account information for a collection. They said if he paid it today it wouldn't go to court. Then a day later, they called back and left the same message.

This is clearly a scam to get you to believe they will come to your resident or with legal action. I did not answer but attempted to call back. They won’t answer. Little do they know, I am an enforcment deputy. Unlucky for them.
