"Student Services" scam call. The most unprofessional and incompetent operators I've ever spoken to, they have a huge chip on their shoulder and quickly resorted to insults.

I've been getting calls about student loan forgiveness for weeks, I finally answer and speak to the operator, Nicole. I ask who they are and they say "Student Services, we're funded by the government." I ask where they're located, their phone number, etc and they *refused to answer me*. She gets an attitude with me and says, "Look if you don't want us to call you just say take me off your list." I just want more information about who I'm speaking with and now she's saying I'm a failure as a human being because I don't know how to talk to people. Oh and apparently she's the supervisor. Finally I get her to transfer me to someone else, HR apparently, the guy says his name is ..., the company is located in Honolulu, Nebraska, and their phone number is 911-555. These people can't even fake it for 5 seconds, this was the fastest I've ever heard a scam call operator break character and throw themselves under a bus. Laughable.
