I have been receiving calls from this phone number since I installed Spectrum only one week ago. I spoke to a man who said he wanted to know about my current package and he was from account services and would help me find a better deal. I said I find this very strange as I have only had Spectrum for a week why would they be calling me? He claimed to be from Spectrum. He hung up.

Mr Washington said hes from spectrum wondering how my recent install went & if its all I expected. Told him I doubt he was from Spectrum & i hung up as he was rattling off a number which may have been Spectrums!!

Caller stated he wanted to offer me a better package deal on my recently acquired Spectrum Internet and Cable services. I told him Spectrum hasn't even installed it yet, waiting for them to come to my home. He asked when it will be installed. I ended the call at that point. My caller ID identified the number as a Fraud Risk but I answered anyway to see what BS they would say.

Answered phone and spoke to a lady that sounds like she is straight from the hood. Asked me if I wanted a better price for cable service I signed up for last week. I said sure to see where it went. She then asks how much I pay per month. I ask if you are from company I have service with shouldn't you know that. She said she was trying to make small talk while she was bringing up my account. Then asks to put me on hold while she brings up my account. I hung up. Most companies you do existing business with, do not contact you in this manner.

Identified himself as my existing new telecom provider, but wanted to know which package I had, so he could find me a promo. There was loud music in the background, and when I questioned him about it he said he was in a call center. I’ve worked in a call center. They didn’t blast “Trampoline.” Then he hung up.
