Call came from Portland, Or. I live in Oregon and know people who live in Portland. However I did not recognize the number and I do not answer calls I do know. If it is important or they know me they will leave a message. This number did not leave a message so I looked up the number. I had figured it was likely a scam/telemarketer and this site and a couple of other ones confirmed that for me. Thank you to all who posted before me and warned about the "faulty headset, can you hear me" and them recording your voice saying "yes" to use that to authorize purchases and gets them closer to stealing your identity and information. One more thing I can warn my teenager about. This number will now be blocked on both mine and my child's phones!

This is a scam. When the person answers the call, he or she is asked " Can you hear me okay?" If you say "Yes", your verbal response is taken as an approval for an order. DO NOT ANSWER.
