I called them back and don’t know how they got my number and info about my husbands car. I told them I wasn’t the owner and want to be taken off the calling list and they hung up on me.

Received a call from this number. Tried to sell an extended warranty to me for my car. Asked if they worked for Honda they said they underwrite for them but are considered a third party company. Denied the offer then called it back and a different lady with a heavy accent answered and asked if I was who I was. I said no and asked them to remove me from their call list. Then replied with “we have your number because it was red flagged as some one that is going to be out of their warranty soon and needs immediate renewal.”

Caller could barely speak English, he asked to speak to a particular person. When told there is no one here by that name the caller was insistant that there was such a person by that name here. I asked what the call was about, he said he wanted that person to to send money via tellagram to pay off a debt collection for $5,000. and they had an hour or the cops were coming. I again told the caller that there is still no one here by that name.

I answered this number as it is very close to a friends number. They were trying to sell me an extended warranty on a car I no longer own. I told them to remove my number from their database. That was 3 months ago. They still call as much as once a day.
