If you get a call from this number just play along with the idiot who thinks you really believe he's from the IRS like I did. I kept him on the phone for about 15-20 minutes. He told me to send him $2642.27 but I said I only had $2000.00 and after he checked with his supervisor he said that would do. I told him I had to go to the bank to get the money he wanted me to send him via western union and that my phone battery was going dead and would charge it on the way to the bank and call him in about another 15 minutes from the bank parking lot. when I didn't call him back this moron actually called me from his cell phone. Here's the number 209-201-0123. Now everybody can call him.

Scam call reported by not falling for it
Recorded message stating they are the IRS and they are about to sue you if you do not call back the same number that calls you. I did call back just to see what they would say... busy signal. This is a scam IRS will not call you, they like to spend money and mail you thousands of letter and scare you that way.

Automated system saying they are the IRS and they are filing a lawsuit against you. It is a phishing scam. The IRS will never call and leave and automated message for you. If you receive a call from a live person who claims to be from teh IRS, you should ask for their name, and badge number. Then call the IRS to verify.
