Kind Regards, US Tech Support Customer Service Phone - 202 920 0200 Mon-Sat : 10:00 AM – 04:00 PM (EST) Sunday Closed @ Copyright Reserved US Tech Support LLP When I called this number, a man who sounded Indian started to lead me through the process of "unsubscribing". As I continued on, I became more and more wary of what he was doing. when done, he told me to leave my computer running and I would get a confirmation call in 1/2 hour. However, I closed my laptop. He called a bit later and told me I had not left my computer running, and he would have to call me back later (I had left my home). When I got home, I told my husband what had happened, and he told me it was a scam, and found a remote access program (Remote Utilities, a valid company) running on my computer, which he removed. The man did try to call me back several times, but I did not pick up his call. This was his email address: <[email protected]> My husband taught me (and others need to learn!!) to look at the email address and see it has nothing to do with tech support - a giant red flag!
