California based scammers wanting to reduce our energy costs. Solar systems which we should not trust, either. Sometimes they leave messages. Sometimes they "fish" us first. (Scam fishing occurs when a program calls phone numbers until a human answers. To verify a human, not a recorder, has been reached, the program then switchs you over to one of the human scammers. This is why we often answer the phone and get silence. Repeat your greeting and after hearing the transfer, your own personal scammer will start a scam pitch. I never repeat the greeting. In my experience, this causes the fishing scammer to not only call more, but mysteriously more scammers who fish start calling. Do not take the bait!) This particular # has been reported as spam 169 times to another scam service online.

About lowering electricity bill, hung up when I asked questions (Scam call) reported by

Called about "Lowering my electricity bill". Had to press 1 to get thru to a person. Woman who answered asked how much I am being charged for electricity, and I started asking what company she was calling from and how she got my information, and she hung up on me.
