Rude Anthony Johnson asked for the owner or co-owner and said call was regarding our merchant services. I asked who he was with and he just said "merchant services". He said it was confidential and couldn't even tell me who he was with because iT was confidential. Sure. I told him we don't have an account called merchant services and who we do business with doesn't even call us so TAKE US OFF YOUR CALL LIST.

Called us (business) asking to speak to the individual that handles the merchant service account, as there as been a change to the "merchant service" account. When asked which merchant service provider they were from, they kept saying they were called for the business. Repeated I let them know we have multiple providers and they couldn't answer the question.

A rude telemarketer called and asked to speak with the owner and I told him to take us off his calling list and he became aggressive stating he could not give a message "due to the Privacy Act". He asked for the owner's cell phone and told me he would keep calling until he reached the owner. I told him I would keep answering and hung up.

CALLED 3 TIMES TO SPEAK WITH OWNER. I TOLD HIM THE OWNER AS OUT. ASKED WHAT HE WANTED, SAID HE HAD TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER. AGAIN, ASKED HE REFUSED TO ID HIMSELF. HUNG UP.HE CALLED BACK I TOLD HIM TO NOT CALL BACK HE WAS GOING TO GET ME AND NOT OWNER. HUNG UP. HE CALLED A 3RD TIME. I TOLD HIM I WAS GOING TO REPORT HIM TO THE ATTORNEY GENERALS OFFICE FOR HARASSING ME, YELLED A BIT AND I HUNG UP.
