This has been exposed by several newscasts as a scam organization and fake charity that is in no way affiliated with law enforcement. DO NOT provide these people with ANY of your information or even speak with them. It does no good to tell them that you're on the National Do Not Call List because they are criminals, and they do not care whether or not it is legal to solicit you by phone. Block them if you can; however, they are known to spoof different phone numbers, including your own number.
