This # has been calling me, left a message saying I am going to be served. I called and spoke to a rude man. Told him if this is a debt, I want proof of that debt to send me a bill and asked for the name of his company. He didn't listen but kept interrupting. I repeated myself again but once I knew he was not listening, I hung up on him. He refused to tell me who he was with or who the debt was from.

called twice in a row and left a voicemail message about a claim being filed in Travis county by someone with my last name and they have my number and address on file for this person I never heard of.

Aggresive and Ugly (Scam call) reported by


Stephanie Miller called me stating that she had left me several messages (untrue) and that a case was being filed. The person she called about was not my husband like she thought (was another family member though)and she said she was sending someone to my residence to check if they were there. I asked her to remove my information and explained that was not my husband, she continued to interrupt me, raise her voice, tell me I was not listening to her and that she was still sending someone to my residence. I hung up and then a few minutes later had a voicemail from her (no missed calls), stating all the same information as if we had never spoken.

(SCAM) Stephanie Miller (very rude) has contacted me saying they are trying to locate my daughter and that they think she lives with me. They are going to send someone to my house to check. She gave me a number to call but when I called it, the recording said it is non working number at Farmers Insurance. So, yes I’m thinking it’s a scam!

They left an aggressive sounding voicemail claiming they were filing suit against my sister. They didn't say who they were or what it was in regards to, just that they believed she was at my address. It was pretty obviously not on the level.
