Yes, It was a telemarketer that works for some "PROMARK" or "PRO" something service that does "Small Business Loans"... Apparently oblivious to the fact that my Business doesn't need a frigging biz loan to get me into debt, they keep calling throughout the month... Their trademark is: calling you early in the morning 9am'ish, you say "Hello...." and they HANG UP. Then you call em back and ask: "Why did you frigging HANG UP on me?"...."Oh sir, but I did NOT- I have never spoken with you before until now..."-"YES, I KNOW that.
