Harrassing me and my family on a 300 dollar credit card debt (Debt collector) reported by Michael hermle
They have mixed thier story's up so bad some lady trying to sound hard call from this hobbyist switch board location and threatens that she has legal docs with your name and ssn and gives a 844 number and a case number to call and find out the reason for the legal docs then you call and what do you know the bank is willing to collect 615 dollars today from a 300 dollar debt or it can goto court and you can pay 1115 dollars

Caller said they where seeking to serve me legal court documents (Scam call) reported by Collins
Call to inform me I would be served in two days for attempt to defraud a banking institution for a a five year old closed credit card account. This is completely illegal if people where being served for not paying credit cards 95% of the USA would be in jail or have felonies for being in debt. I advise you to get as much information from them as possible keep records of their call and hire a lawyer

Threatened with serving letter of intent. Didn’t identify himself (Scam call) reported by Lisa
“ (my name) I am calling to let you know that I have recieved documents in my office and your name and social security number. You will be served on the 7th. To find out more information call (1-888 number) with reference (another number). Again you will be served.” On the 7th he called and sounded more threatening and told me to have my State ID ready because he was coming to serve me. Never once did he tell me who he was calling for. He definitely wasn’t a native English speaker either. His wording was hard to understand. It’s the 8th now..no one served me any type of papers and there’s no reason for anyone to do so.
