Our small office receives calls from this number multiple times daily. I requested they place us on their do not call list and was transferred to an automated message from someone stating it is Stratus Cleaning. I listened to the entire message thinking there would be an opt out option, but that never occurred. VERY FRUSTRATING!

I have followed all procedures, including talking to a human on the other end, to remove our business phone number from their system. Total fail! They call repeatedly 3 or 4 times a day for over a month now. And, when I do get to speak to an individual, they are extremely rude as if I interrupted their day!

This company continuously calls.............have told them MANY times to take our name off their list. We do our own cleaning and do not need a service. Even if we did...........they are getting on my nerves already and wouldn't even consider them!!!!!!!!! UGH!!

They are soliciting their cleaning service to businesses. Won't stop calling even when asked multiple times to stop. Call says Oxford, OH but this is a call center not located in the US.
