Out of the blue, we started receiving a rash of calls from this alleged debt collector from three separate numbers (this being one of them). We called Macy's customer service to confirm our closed account remains closed. They told us to ignore future calls, but they're still harassing.

wanted my personal information before he would tell my why he was calling. If i have ever shpped at a macys it was a cash or bank card purchase so I have no idea how they got my information or what business matter it could be if in fact it really was macys/bloomingdales. 7 calls in one day.
