The first time, I answered the call. It was a collect call from an unknown person in Hamilton County jail. I hung up. I was called 2 more times within 10 minutes, same phone number. Did not answer those.

This call was supposedly from a Tennessee correctional facility yet had a Cincinnati, Ohio area code. It is also on Robokiller's spam list. I listen to the entire message and it seems most likely that they were looking for us to send money to an inmate.
