Likely a debt collector (Debt collector) reported by JC
Skipped a call from 480-868-2042. Left a voice mail saying he was Michael Miller, an independent contractor with the county and that he would be dispatched to the residence at 4:00pm on Friday with a certified package. Said I would need to contact the filing party at 888-563-5359 if I wanted to put a stop service on him. This is likely a debt collector, as I do have a few outstanding. Won't be there if he arrives though.

Just like the lady who posted on 4-21-17, this guy M. M. called saying he's a independent courier and had a legal document for me to sign and a coming to my house 6-13-17. Said I needed to call a 888-563-5359 to stop the service. Dunno who this is and he didn't give a company name. Not sure what it's about either.

Asking for information and see Identification (Unsolicited call) reported by Amy
The man said that he was a courier server and that he was going to show up Monday April 24 2017 at 3pm with a package for me. He said that I would need to show my State of Ohio Identification card with Social Security number and Drivers License or State non driver ID in order to recieve said packet. He called from above-mentioned phone number and said I could call the main company at 888-726-0955. This must be fraud. His name was Daniel Lugo.
