I have received calls from this number twice today and several other times in the past. Obviously this is a scam, fraud, or some nut job who does not understand that he is a pain in the butt. Someone need to track down this * and take his damn phone away from him and fine him big time. I just don't understand wy phone company and phone providers don't do something about folks who do this on a continuous basis. This number should be deleted from the owner and not used again.
