They left a message, but never referred to me by my name, never mentioned who referred me to them and never mention their business name. This is definitely huge red flags and seems a bit phishy.

tried to call the number back but no luck, number not in service - probably one-way gateway of the call center not allowing inbound calls so you are not able to call them back. People did someone answer this number?
