Possible scam (Call centre) reported by Sherry
Called and used a previous name. Told me there was a complaint against me and gave me the number and a file number to call a company they were "working for". Upon checking online, the second number was listed as scamming people for allegedly having packages that they couldn't deliver to debt collections for debts over 15 years old (state of Iowa says after 10 years of no contact, a person is no longer liable). One person even said their niece had been contacted. After talking to them, about an hour later, I get a call from my son saying they'd called him, too.
