The guy said his name was Jason Green. He refused to give me business name. Said I owed money and he was willing to cut me a deal if I paid with a credit card, I don’t have one. He then said he was going to email me paperwork and I had 24 hrs to pay. Never received paperwork.

Called my parents line saying they where a delivery service trying to deliver gas and I don’t have w car or ever had a license cause I’m disabled. I call they number they provided and they said they where trying to delivery court documents for a credit card lawsuit from Mastercard. Iam in debt but why on earth would they say they where a gas company, trying to deliver gas? Makes no sense. He said he was just the delivery service but wanted to settle it for 1,000 $ saying it was w 2600$ case. Then said he would 300$ down and 200$ a month but I had to put some card on file for direct deposit. It’s a scam. Don’t fall for it. I almost did tell I called my mom back and she told me they called her saying they where a gas company. Wouldn’t email me to the court papers. He said they had to deliver them and if they do I go to court and would only ema me a contract to digitally sign. It’s bull *. I never called back after that. Hir said his name was Jason and he sounded nice and charmed his way on.

I received paperwork referring to an old account I had with Bank of America. This company had me contact the bank and follow the chain of title of collection agencies that the account was transferred to. A million calls later, I was finally able to track down the correct agency that had the account. Why don't they just report it to credit to make it easier? I refused to pay them offhand because I wasn't sure if they were even in charge of the account until I spoke to at least 5 different collection agencies that finally referred me back to them. Way to make it hard to payoff my debt!!!! I was able to pay most everything else directly off of my credit report.
