Person claimed to be conducting a survey for the NYSDOH on "all NY residents". I have a NY area code but I have not lived there for over a decade, as soon as I told her I'm not a NY resident she immediately said they are conducting survey for all 50 states. They called again on a Sunday and I blocked the number. I highly doubt NYSDOH conduct surveys on Sundays.

Today I just had to block the third version of this number. I've never had this happen before. Generally, if a number gets to be annoying, I'll go and block it. They went and changed the digits around three times now to get past the blocking feature on my phone. This is just ridiculous. And they leave a recorded voice message every SINGLE time that I have to dial into and erase.

Did not answer. Left message claiming to be NYSDOH saying they would call back. Left a nuber to call with any questions. Looked up the number they left (855-276-3505) and it was for a DWI lawyer.
