this foreign guy said he was from a medical supply company and that I was eligible for free shoulder brace but that he needed my medicare number which everybody knows is their social security number and I've already been scammed and my identity has already been stolen just because of **** like this. So I told him over the phone that I refuse to give him my social security number which is my medicare number was a letter at the end I am not stupid. I was told by other medical companies and the Social Security Administration that nobody is going to ask you for your social security number / Medicare number over the phone unless it's the Social Security Administration. So this foreign **** wouldn't give up so I hung up on him. he was really really trying to get my medicare number / social security number. I've been called by multiple medical supply companies that never asked me for the information. And like I said I was told that nobody is going to ask you for that unless they are the Social Security Administration. In rare cases I had had to give my social security number out like with Job and Family Services and government programs. But this foreign **** was trying to play me. I'm multi-ethnic myself but these Arab and Indian **** keep harassing and calling me acting like the real actual company that does exist when it's all a big scam and that is why I can't get a bank account and that is why my identity was stolen and people are living large off of my social security number when I'm living in squalor with my daughter and I'm furious. Banks don't even want to mess with me now and give me an account and it's not fair because I've done nothing wrong, and I have to go change my social security number but I don't know what else to do and I don't know if I should wait to do that until I find out what to do. but it's because of these types of people that it happened in the first place.
