Scam call reported by Matt
I just got this call like last night around 10pm (Sunday) with automated system recording stating to call back as soon as possible it's regarding an IRS lawsuit against you & then a guy name John Robinson with a really heavy accent was asking for my husband stating he's calling from FBI and my husband can call them back anytime they open 24hours. SCAMMMERRRRSS, FBI don't open 24hours, stupid idiots. Almost got me into heart attack.

Scam call reported by BW
Foreign accent VM saying there's a lawsuit against me for tax evasion. Definitely not legit.

Identical as first complaint. IRS has filed a lawsuit against me and wants me to call back Definite scammer. Sounds like an Indian or Pakistani voice. THIS IS NOT THE IRS CALLING>>>>>>
MM
Exactly the same experience as "BW" above voice mail of a male with Foreign accent (Indian or South East Asian) saying "call immediately to avoid legal action for tax evasion" defiantly scam.
John
Same post as Justin's. Received this call yesterday. Said I was being sued for tax evasion. One note we need to remember: If the IRS legitimately contacts you it will be by letter and not by phone. The clincher to me is the voice was definitely a Middle Eastern or India/Pakistani accent. This is a true scam!!!
